Tasmainland was founded by Ilan Arnon in 2003 after visiting Tasmania and discovering it's huge potential.
Taken by its natural beauty, gourmet produce, friendly people and pristine untouched beaches, Ilan has hand picked several quality coastal development sites. All project developments have magnificent views, access to beaches and are the best priced on the market.
Two of the major developments, in St Helens and Wynyard, will offer lifestyle residential developments incorporating fishing/golf resorts.
Tasmainland is working closely with local council, to bring the necessary infrastructure to the sites, in order to create unique residential, purpose built villages, attracting sea changers, retirees and investors alike.
